Honey Tips
How Honey is Made
To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.
Directions
In a large sauepan, over low heat, warm honey and butter together until blended. Add eggs and raisins. Mix well, stirring constantly, until mixture appears creamy.
Increase heat to bring mixture to a full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla, salt and cereal, mixing well. Allow mixture to cool on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. When cooled, shape into small balls.
On another sheet of waxed paper, spread coconut. Roll rice balls in coconut until coated. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
