3/4 cup boiling water

1/3 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons brewed coffee
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar

1 pound linguini, cooked and drained
1 cucumber, sliced thin

Place peanut butter and honey in a large bowl. Slowly add boiling water and stir until blended. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well.
Pasta:
Pour peanut sauce over cooked linguini and toss until coated. Garnish with cucumber slices. May be served chilled or at room temperature.
