Peanut Butter & Raw Honey Smoothies

A breakfast smoothie that includes the favorite combination of peanut butter and bananas. Granola adds a tasty crunch.

Ingredients

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt

2 tablespoons RAW GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

2 bananas, peeled and cut into small dice

1/2 cup granola, check your bulk asile to purchase just 1/2 cup

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey and peanut butter until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 24 hours.
To assemble, spoon 1/8 of yogurt mixture into a small juice glass. Top with some of the diced bananas. Spoon another 1/8 of yogurt mixture on top. Sprinkle with some more bananas and top with a tablespoon or two of the granola.
