Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Place salmon in a baking dish and top with onion and lemon slices. Pour wine and water over salmon. Sprinkle with peppercorns. Cover dish with wax paper that has been buttered, greased on one side, buttered side down. Poach in oven for 30 minutes, or until done. While salmon is poaching, sauté fruit in margarine. Add honey and mustard and cook about 5 minutes, until just tender. Serve salmon with fruit sauce on top. Serves 4.
