Ingredients
4 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
4 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Put butter and garlic in a 4 cup microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered for 2 minutes. Whisk in cornstarch. Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered for 2 minutes, or until bubbly. Whisk in Parmesan cheese and microwave and additional 2 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir once again and serve immediately on pasta of your choice. Variation: Pasta Primavera2 cups cauliflower florets1 cup carrots, sliced2 tablespoons margarine1 cup zucchini, sliced Combine cauliflower, carrots and margarine in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir in zucchini. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes longer. Add to Alfredo sauce. Serves: 4.
