Raspberry-Orange Puree

Serve this wonderful sauce over pound cake, ice cream, or fresh fruit.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed to room temperature)

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

How Honey is Made

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Directions

Puree berries in blender or food processor until smooth. If desired, sieve to remove seeds. Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in honey and orange peel until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
