Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients. Add next 3 ingredients and stir well. Add walnuts and chocolate chips and mix until well blended.
Spray microwave safe 8 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer batter to baking dish and spread evenly.
Cook brownies (uncovered) in microwave on high setting for 5-6 minutes, until toothpick inserted in several places comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or room temperature.
Yields: 12-16 brownies.
