Salmon Filets in Citrus Marinade

Citrus flavors blend with honey to create the perfect marinade for salmon.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds salmon filets

juice of 2 oranges

juice of 2 lemons

juice of 2 limes

1 large onion, grated

1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Place salmon fillets in a single layer in a glass dish. Mix citrus juices, onion and honey. Pour over salmon. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Baste the fish occasionally with the marinade.
Spray a broiling rack with non-stick spray.
Lift salmon out of marinade and brush with butter. Place on broiling rack and broil for about 10 minutes.
To serve, heat marinade and pour over fish. Garnish with slices of lemon and sprigs of parsley. Serves 4.
