Honey Tips

How Honey is Made

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Place salmon fillets in a single layer in a glass dish. Mix citrus juices, onion and honey. Pour over salmon. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Baste the fish occasionally with the marinade.
Spray a broiling rack with non-stick spray.
Lift salmon out of marinade and brush with butter. Place on broiling rack and broil for about 10 minutes.
To serve, heat marinade and pour over fish. Garnish with slices of lemon and sprigs of parsley. Serves 4.
