Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 pound salmon fillets

1 Tablespoon margarine

1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

How Honey is Made

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon on greased broiler pan. In small saucepan, mix margarine, honey and mustard. Simmer until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes. Spread on salmon. Bake about 8 minutes, basting with the sauce once or twice.
