Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Marinade:
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Pour into a Ziploc bag. Add fish and marinate in the refrigerator 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 400 °.
In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil to hot but not smoking. Remove fish from marinade and carefully place in hot skillet. (Caution – the oil may splatter.) Cook fish without turning for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat, turn fish over and place skillet in hot oven to roast for 10 minutes.
