Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoons onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup half & half
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a small skillet heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until soft. Spread mixture in a 3-quart baking dish. Arrange shrimp on top in a single layer. Sprinkle with tomatoes and feta. Drizzle with honey.
Beat together eggs, dill, salt, pepper, and half & half until well blended. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve over orzo or rice.
