Strawberry and Blueberry Crumble

An old fashioned summer dessert...still a hit. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients

Filling:

2 cups blueberries

2 cups strawberries

1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Crumble:

1/2 cup flour

2 cups granola

1/4 cup butter, chopped into small pieces

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish combine all filling ingredients.Crumble: Mix together flour and granola. Add butter pieces and toss. Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of fruit and bake for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown and fruit juices are bubbly.Serves: 6
