Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped (optional)
fresh strawberries and mint for garnish

How Honey is Made
To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add next 3 ingredients. Pour into metal bowl. Place in freezer until slightly thickened.
Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in cream and nuts. Place in mold. Chill until firm.
Unmold on plate. Garnish with strawberries and fresh mint.
Serves: 6-8
