Swordfish a L’Orange

The classic combination of orange and honey makes a sensational sauce for swordfish.

Ingredients

1-1/2 to 2 pounds swordfish

2 large oranges

4 Tablespoons grated orange peel

6 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

salt and pepper to taste

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Preheat oven broiler. Line a broiler pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Squeeze the juice of the oranges into a small bowl. Stir in orange peel and honey. Brush top of fish with orange sauce. Place fish in pan. Broil for about 5 minutes. Turn fish over and brush again with sauce. Broil for another 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. Remove fish from oven and turn several times.
