Tropical Fruit Popsicles

Fun for the kids to make. These tropical inspired treats are refreshing and delicious on a sultry summer afternoon.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

1 banana cut into 4 chunks

3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

4 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 cup plain yogurt, low-fat or non-fat

popsicle molds or small paper cups and wooden sticks

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or small paper cups. Freeze. When partially frozen, insert wooden popsicle sticks.
