Ingredients
6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound plum tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
pin ch of red pepper flakes
1 cup fresh basil, coarsely chopped
4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks, 1-inch thick

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a large skillet heat 3 tablespoons olive oil. Add onion and sauté for about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and continue cooking another 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, honey, capers and pepper flakes. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. Stir in basil.
In another large skillet heat remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Add to hot pan and cook 3 minutes. Turn steaks over and cook another 3 minutes. Spoon tomato-caper sauce over fish. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until tuna is just cooked through. Do not overcook.
