Muesli with Yogurt
A nutritious and delicious breakfast cereal. Now you can eat oats in the summer too!
Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 cup plain yogurt, low-fat or non-fat
1/2 cup diced dried tropical fruit, or dried fruit of your choice
1/2 cup pecans, walnuts or almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.
