Pancakes:Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk egg in a medium bowl. Add milk, Golden Blossom Honey and oil. Whisk until honey dissolves. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add apples and mix gently. Heat a large lightly oiled pan or griddle. Pour 1 tbsp of batter for each pancake onto a hot pan and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute or until pancake is cooked through. Topping: Heat 2 more tablespoons of Golden Blossom Honey or Maple Syrup in the microwave for 10 seconds. Add mini pancakes and the desired amount of milk to a bowl, pour warmed honey or maple syrup over top, and sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
