Ingredients
2 tablespoons RAW GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 ripe but firm Anjou or Bosc pears, peeled, halved, cored and finely chopped
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/8 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/8 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1-2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (adjust amount according to taste)

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
In a medium bowl mix together lime juice and honey. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
