Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup dry sherry or apple juice
1/2 medium onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
4 cups fresh tomatoes, or 2 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes, chopped
2 cups water
1 cup canned vegetable broth
2/3 cup orzo
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a large pot, heat oil and sherry over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and pepper and sauté for 8-10 minutes. Stir in honey.
Mix in tomatoes, water and broth. Bring to a boil. Add orzo. Cook 5 additional minutes, stirring well.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Add basil and serve.
