Carmelized Onion and Red Bell Pepper Pizza

Served with a salad, this quick to prepare pizza, becomes a lovely summer dinner.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 (1 pound) Boboli baked pizza crust (usually found in bread aisle)

4 ounces soft goat cheese

1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup pine nuts

Directions

Serves: 4Preheat oven to 450°.In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and red peppers and saute about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Just as they begin to brown stir in oregano and honey. Continue cooking a few more minutes. Remove from heat.Place Boboli crust on a cookie sheet. Spread with onion and pepper mixture, crumble goat cheese on top and sprinkle with sliced olives and pine nuts.Bake about 10 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Cut into wedges.
