Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Mix honey, mustard, cloves and melted butter together in a bowl until well-blended. Stir in apple juice. Place ham in a shallow pan and spoon on half the honey mixture. Broil about 6 minutes, basting frequently. Turn, spoon on remaining honey mixture and continue to broil 6 minutes longer. Remove to a warm platter and top with pan juices. Serves 6.
