Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.
Directions
Place apples in a large pan with 2 cups of cold water. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and steam apples for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve warm. Spoon liquid over each apple or chill and serve cold. Serves 6.
