Crabmeat Toasts

Ingredients

8 ounces white crabmeat, canned

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped

1 Tablespoon scallions, chopped

1 Tablespoon lime juice

3/4 Tablespoon brown mustard

2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated

5 drops liquid pepper sauce

1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 small loaf French bread, cut into 1/4 inch slices

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread crabmeat mixture on bread. Line a broiler pan with foil. Place crabmeat toasts in pan and broil 4 inches from heat until slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Can also be used uncooked as a spread on crackers. Serves 8-12.
