Honey Tips

Honey Is Magic

In the days before biology and botany were understood, people thought it was a special kind of magic that turned flower nectar into honey.

Directions

In a medium bowl whisk together egg, buttermilk, honey and dill until blended.
In another bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add butter to dry ingredients and blend using a fork, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add egg mixture and grated cheese. Mix well. Knead dough until it just together.
Spread dough evenly into a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Score top into 8 slices.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until done. Cool on rack. Serve warm with honey-mustard butter.
