Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Cut leeks into 1-inch pieces, soak and drain.
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan and add leeks. Cover with tight lid. Cook over medium-low heat until leeks are soft. Add potatoes and honey. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Watch carefully so that they do not burn.
Add broth, continue cooking for 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Season well. Puree in a food processor or blender.
