Ingredients
3 Tablespoons slivered almonds
3 tangerines
2 navel oranges
1 mango, peeled and cut into chunks
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 Tablespoons brewed tea
1 Tablespoon lime juice

Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Put the almonds on a piece of foil and place in oven to toast for 8 minutes, or until browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Peel the tangerines and oranges removing as much of the white pith as possible. Separate them into sections and then slice into thirds. Make sure you remove any seeds. Transfer to a bowl and add the mango. In another small bowl, blend the honey into the tea until dissolved, then add to the fruit mixture. Refrigerate until chilled.
In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and the vanilla. In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish, arrange the halved bananas cut side up. Brush the lime juice mixture over the bananas, then sprinkle them with the brown sugar. Broil for 4 minutes or until caramelized.
Fold the toasted almonds into the fruit mixture. Place a large spoonful of the salsa on a plate and top with the warm banana slices.
