Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Directions

Toss first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. In a skillet melt the butter. Add honey, then apple mixture and cider. Saute for 1-3 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm over ice cream or pancakes.
