Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Directions

Mix nectar and honey together. Pour over ham. Allow to marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Put ham along with nectar mixture in broiler pan. Place under broiler on top rack of oven. Broil approximately 12 minutes each side, basting frequently, until glazed and edges begin to brown. Cut into serving pieces and spoon any remaining glaze from pan over ham. Serves 4.
