Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

Serve this sandwich right off the grill or make earlier in the day to pack for a summer picnic.

Ingredients

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY MUSTARD

1 teaspoon oregano, dried

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 chicken breasts, halved, skinned, and boned

4 rolls

8 slices of tomato

1 cup lettuce, shredded

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Prepare barbecue. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Grill chicken 3 minutes on each side. Brush with sauce. Grill 4-6 minutes, basting and turning several times. Spread remaining sauce onto buns. Place lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken on buns and serve.
