Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl. Coat both sides of steak with honey-mustard mixture. Spread half of onions on a large piece of aluminum foil. Place flank steak on top. Salt and pepper to taste, and top with remaining onions. Sprinkle liberally with paprika. Cover with aluminum foil and seal tightly. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Remove steak and onions from refrigerator. Place olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent.
Prepare grill:
Grill flank steak 5 minutes on each side for rare. Slice diagonally across the grain. Top with onions and serve.
