Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Strain syrup through a sieve into a bowl.
Place 3 tablespoons of syrup in each of 3 tall glasses. Add 1/4 cup seltzer. Stir to blend. Add more syrup or seltzer, as desired. Top with 1 scoop of yogurt or ice cream. Garnish with lime slices.
