Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

1. For the salted rim, take a lime wedge and coat the rim of your glass. Dip the rim in margarita salt, rotating until coated.
2. Combine 1 tablespoon honey and a tablespoon of hot water in a cup. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Measure out 0.5- 0.75 ounces.
3. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add a cup of ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pout into your glass with the now crushed ice from the shaker.
Tip: If you prefer your cocktail on the spicier side, add in a few slices of the jalapeno into your shaker when combining all the ingredients.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge or jalapeno slice.
