1 oz lemon juice
1/2 cup Golden Blossom Premium Pure Honey
2 Tsp finely grated Ginger
4-6 oz of ginger beer

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.
Directions
- Combine gin, lemon juice, Golden Blossom Honey, and ginger in a shaker with ice
- Shake for about one minute or until the shaker is cold
- Strain into a glass and top with ginger beer (ice in glass optional)
- Garnish with a lemon slice and candied ginger (optional)
