Mustard Pineapple Ham Glaze

Ingredients

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Use to baste ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
