Ingredients
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
juice from one orange
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar
Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium pot. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a simmer. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove cover. Reduce heat to very low and cook for 45 to 50 minutes stirring often until thickened.
