Pecan Glazed Salmon

Everyone loves salmon! We are always looking for new ways to prepare it. This one is a winner.

Ingredients

1 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/3 cup butter

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted

4 salmon filets (6 ounces each)

Honey Never Spoils

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

In a saucepan, combine honey, butter, orange zest and pecans. Cook over medium high heat for 3 minutes. Set aside. Keep warm.Spray a shallow pan with non-stick cooking spray. Broil salmon until no longer translucent in the middle.Serve immediately, topped with pecan sauce.Serves: 4
