3 cups water
3-inch piece fresh gingerroot, thiny sliced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup brandy
4 lemons slices for garnish

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lemon slices, in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into four cups or mugs and garnish with lemon slices.
