Peanut Dipping Sauce

A most versatile appetizer. Put in a bowl surrounded with sesame crackers, celery stalks, fresh baby carrots, cucumber spears and even grilled chicken tidbits.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/3 cup water

2 large cloves, garlic minced

1/4 cup sesame oil

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Finely grind peanuts in a food processor. With processor running, add remaining ingredients one at a time until mixture becomes a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yields approx. 1 1/2 cups
