Ingredients
Lime Sauce:
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons lime juice
Fruit:
1 cantaloupe, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pint strawberries, halved
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Sauce:
Stir all ingredients in a small bowl until the honey has dissolved. Refrigerate up to two days.
Fruit:
Put fruit in a large bowl. Mix honey and lime juice together in a small bowl. Pour over fruit and toss to combine. Let stand for 10 minutes. Toss again.
To serve:
Place fruit into parfait or wine glasses. Top with a large spoonful of lime sauce.
