Raw Honey Lemon Drop Martini

This martini features raw honey apread around the inside rim of the glass. As you sip your drink you will taste the clover, orange blossom and sage buckwheat honey that are combined to make Raw Golden Blossom Honey.

Ingredients

Fill martini shaker with ice

1 lemon wedge squeezed and dropped in shaker

Add 3 ounces (2 shots) vodka or 1 1/2 ounces vodka and 2 ounces lemonade concentrate

Add 3/4 ounce Cointreau

1 Tablespoon RAW GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

How Honey is Made

To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.

Directions

Shake vigorously 15 times. Spread RAW GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY around top inside rim of martini glass and then strain drink into glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
