Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly coat a shallow pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together marinade ingredients. Place fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and discard marinade.
Place fish in prepared pan and bake until just cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
