Ingredients
2 cups fresh ricotta cheese, also called ricotta fresca
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries, or 2 cups of your favorite fruits

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine ricotta, honey and almond extract. If necessary stop blender and stir down several times. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, spoon cheese mixture into 4 parfait or wine glasses. Top with fruit. Drizzle with a small amount of honey.
