Coffee Royale

A warming adult after-dinner coffee drink. So yummy it can take the place of dessert.

Ingredients

1/2 cup half and half

1/2 cup freshly brewed espresso coffee or make with instant espresso powder

2 tablespoons creme de cacao

2 tablespoons brandy

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Optional Toppings:

cinnamon, powdered chocolate, or chocolate sprinkles

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

In a small saucepan whisk half and half over a high heat until frothy, about 2 minutes. Keep reducing heat so the cream does not burn.
Divide hot coffee between 2 small cups. Stir in 1 tablespoon each crème de cacao, brandy and honey. Top with frothy half and half. Sprinkle with one of the toppings, if desired.
