Barbecue Baby-Back Ribs

Baby-back ribs are meaty and quick to cook on the grill. This simple rub adds a spicy touch to these wonderfully tasty ribs.

Ingredients

Rub:

4 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

salt and pepper to taste

3 pounds baby-back ribs, if too large for grill cut rack into two pieces

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

In a small bowl whisk together rub ingredients. Rub mixture on both sides of ribs and let sit at room temperature for 15 – 20 minutes.
Grill covered over indirect high heat 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 °. To serve, cut into individual ribs.
