Broccoli Salad

This nutritious salad features raw broccoli, sliced almonds and tangy dried cranberries all tossed with a light and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite sized pieces

1/8 cup red onion, chopped

1/8 cup red pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons sliced almonds

1/4 cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons mayonnaise, regular or lite

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Place broccoli, chopped onion, red peppers, almonds and cranberries in a bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together honey, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
