Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 MacIntosh apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare pastry for one 9-inch pie crust. Beat together cream cheese, egg, ¼ cup honey and vanilla. Pour onto crust. Mix apples with remaining ¼ cup honey and cinnamon. Spread apple mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Combine chopped nuts with 2 Tablespoons honey and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake for 50 minutes.
