1/2 cup water

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Directions

Peel apples. Cut into eighths and remove core. Place apple pieces in a medium pot with water. (Do not worry that there is not much liquid. Apples will cook down and release their juices.) Heat to a simmer. Cook 20-30 minutes stirring often and breaking up apple pieces with the back of spoon. Cook until apples are desired consistency. Stir in honey and cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to use.
