Ingredients
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
1 tablespoon butter, melted
vanilla ice cream

Honey Never Spoils
No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °. Lightly coat an 8-inch baking pan with butter.
Combine honey and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from the heat. Carefully stir in orange juice and zest. Simmer 3 minutes.
Place banana halves cut-side-down in prepared baking pan. Brush bananas with butter and bake for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over bananas and continue baking another 10 minutes.
To serve place 2 banana halves on each plate, top with a scoop of ice cream. Spoon warm sauce over all.
