Ingredients
1 (3 to 3 1/2 pound) fresh beef brisket
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 envelope regular onion soup mix (not instant)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup catsup

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°
Place brisket in a foil-lined roasting pan with enough foil to hang over pan. Mix all above ingredients together and pour over meat, then fold ends of foil over all, sealing securely. Bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Slice and serve with sauce from pan.
